Title: Light Assembler

Reporting to : Production Supervisor or Department Lead

General Function: Entry level position

Pay: $19 an hour

Ultimate Staffing has an immediate opening for a Light Assembler 1. Primary duties are completing the secondary operations for circuit boards. This consists of soldering though-hole components, applying silicone, and cleaning the boards. Previous soldering experience is desired but not required.

Responsibilities:

Performs simple soldering operation under close supervision. They will perform simple and repetitive bench assembly of parts or components using established procedures. They may work from models, samples, or simple diagrams.

Position Requirements-Knowledge and Experience

Minimum Previous experience required.

Soldering experience is desired.

Good hand/eye coordination.

Must be able to distinguish colors.

Must have the ability to follow written or verbal instructions.

Must have good basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction, greater than and less than, along with percentages
